With the Vintage and Axis Highwaymen, the two most relentless raiding factions near completely wiped out, the scrappers have less need for their extensive weapon reserves. Looking specifically to offload a large reserve of newly acquired World War Two era weaponry, the scrappers offer them to the ILC for rock bottom prices.

The ILC plans to use them to run a promotion for new members, providing personal defense and hunting lessons with the outdated armaments. Both of which skills, protection and hunting, would come in handy in the fallen world.
