I finally have good paint!! So I got the Army painter for my figs. And now I'm very excited to get painting!!

Also how many layers you need depends on which paint color you use and on which colored armor. Color theory will apply here. Ie the color wheel will help determine which colors would work well next to each other and give contrast and compliment to you figure making the figure more striking. Mega does thos with there design for example the new brutes have a metal color like steel with a vibrant red for contrast and to break up the armor. The brutes skin and fur is an beige like color that breaks the armor away from the figure so the armor parts pop out even more to create an awesome figure

Well two thin layers are the bare minimum when done correctly so about 3. Watch some of warhammertv guides as they have some great advice as army painter is coloratched to citadel and both are acrylic

@WhoThCares, YESSSS!!! And yes I will definitely do that, but I have a question. How many layers do you put on? Cuz it looks like you can almost completely see the plastic behind the first layer of paint.

Grats. I suggest a decent desk lamp/magnifying glass on Amazon to help you with fine detailing like not messing up on doing VISR colors. And though their 20usd brushes sound expensive. Youll want them.
