I.L.C. Supreme Commander Green (did I just make that a thing? Title will probably become less ominous in the future) observes as First Mortars take place in a live munitions drill.
A T.I.N. Operative watches, seemingly unimpressed, which most likely means the opposite is true.
Mortars were purchased from a nearby Scrapper Guild in food rations. Trade had been slow, allowing the ILC to get a good deal on the mortars.
