Are you even sure its real though? The figs are pretty much all duplicates and the two ghat aren't are pop n swaps. I'd love it to be real but i doubt Mega would change Battle Rifle design midway through the 2020-21 MCX lines.

The SPNKR was already showed off in the Building box and the Battle Rifle was shown off in the Campaign trailer
