Bit sloppy on this attempt as a dremel was used unlike how I used a hobby blade to cut the windshield on my other falcon

It seems you cut way too deep, I'd say you'll need some fine sandpaper and possibly Bondo or something to fill in some of the gaps, you may have wanted to use a heated blade to cut through the plastic, either that or practice with the Dremel first before attempting the cut. There are many ways to cut through plastic to make a fine cut, but honestly, I would have loved to see mega try something like this for the set, this is a neat concept. You need some soft grit sandpaper for those edges
