Well, what do we have here? I got all this in Tjmax (I forget how to write it) with unexpected prices.
The lapra being the largest set was $ 16 US Dollars (cheaper than I expected).
The detective pikachu set was $ 9 US Dollars and I bought it for the office parts (I don't even know what to do with the Pikachu because I have almost no interest in it)
Chromia (officially my first Fembot I have) and Lionizer bought them for a Transformers diorama for a fight against Skytread (ironic that I bought the fembot that sniped Skytread in the same series, right?).
The reason why I bought these Pokemon sets was not because I loved them, since my taste for Pokemon has diminished a lot in these years (right now I am hardly interested) If they were not going to have use in comics, such as the I basically bought Pikachu for the office and parts (although I am missing some). But still it surprises me that MCX has done a good job with the Pokemon line with unique systems.
At first Lapra would use the pieces for customs builds or for more World of Tanks tanks but ... I thought to put it together to see what it looked like and I think ... it looks better builed up XD (it can still be useful maybe in comics if Nigel Allows for Wastelanders Alaska), although I have nowhere to store it so it will stay next to the Firebase in my comics area (I never thought it was that big).
It sounds weird that in these last 3 Saturdays I have been buying things ... (that's what happens to be at home during the entire quarantine without seeing an MCX set) and now I can't buy the Skiff intercept (* Facepalms *).
I hope you guys like this new haul and be safe at home.
