Still having some limitations on the sumo guy and the monk.
Also still looking for a suitable head for the army fella. In the meantime do enjoy the rest of the good guys.

@BayushiGemma ironically Ken required the least mod. Just pop and swap from existing parts. I have ordered some gashapon characters which head may be suitable for Guile. And yes I do have Rocksteady and Bebop. The barefeet is the challenge but maybe I can mod Zodac's

Ken looks like the best of the group to me here. You need a Sumo guy body then go with the Mega Bloks Rocksteady or Bebop figure they have the big belly you need. Guile you probably will have to sculpt his hair.
