Custom Neomorph from Alien Covenant

This was one of the customs I wanted to get started on ever since I watched Alien: Covenant a few weeks back. I started out by simply taking an xenomorph figure and replacing its thighs with the beast man thighs.

I clipped off the spines and sand the head and the tail so I could sculpt it into the shape I need for this custom.
I was going to add the new spines, but the citadel superglue really wasn't great and lost some of the spines during the process, never to be seen again, so I had to scrap it. There was a Neomorph without the spines in the movie anyways, so for heck of it LOL!
I painted this with corax white before giving it some black wash.
So what do you think? Criticism is always welcome.
