Out of all the customs speeders I built, this one came first.
When I began building this my intention was to make something sleek and fast looking, much like the purple speeder that would follow and has already been posted.
Instead as I was building it I kept making it bulkier and at one point during the building it started to remind of those bulky police motorcycles, a Harley-Davidson FLHTP Electra Glide is the closest thing I can find to what I had in mind after a quick Google search.
With the idea of a police motorcycle in mind I kept building from there and ended up with this.
For the figure I part swapped around till I found the look I was going for.
The head is from a UNSC MARINES CUSTOMIZER PACK with Sharpied black detailing on the helmet.
The body is from Destiny's LION'S VIGIL HUNTER with the gray hands swapped for black.
The belt is a black CoD belt
Legs an boots are black and from CoD figure
Vest is from a CoD figure with white paint added in the middle mostly to break up the black and the figure some color, but also to symbolize where a "Police" logo would go.
For the gun it is a painted (by Mega) M6D from a set I can not remember.
Leg strap/holster is from Mega Construx BO3 Warlord figure.
