Trenchcoat, helmet, and guns are from the Jeep set. The gas-mask was made out of one of those masked faces with the PASGT helmet, the vents were from the gas mask head from the Urban Strike Squad, the new one. Torso is just a Destiny torso, painted silver.
I went INSANE with the weathering on this guy, basically dunked the whole thing in Citadel Nuln Oil.
