Hey guys! Today I'll be showing off a Halo 3 custom for a change: Hayabusa! I have made a few full-suited Hayabusa customs before, so I decided that this time, I should mix things up a little. I have the Hayabusa helmet, EOD chest armor, Recon shoulder pad, and Mark VI shoulder pad, all on this figure.
Normally, I was looking at just painting the figure in purple and orange and calling it a day, but decided to go even further with this.
With a few spare flamethrowers to spare, I decided to paint one of them to resemble the Hot Pepper weapon skin from Halo 3.
Next, I decided that this figure is going to need a backpack to complete its MCC multiplayer look to it. After some thinking and going through some options, I decided to make the Grunt Plush backpack to go with this spartan. The Grunt Plush was purely sculpted using the Greenstuff. I painted the Grunt in shades of brown, light grey, and the matching purple as the spartan.
