Hey, guys. I'm back with a small custom that I never thought I would do: Custom figures. Those who actually get to know me would know that painting is not my strongest suit. But the reason why I made this is because I hate the color of the metallic mustard and the fact the skin of the Arbiter is white rather than black like the in-game. So i grabbed my Testor kits and went to work. For a mediocre painter, I'm not bad. What do you guys think?
