For those who do not know it:
This elite was the one who tried to kill Atriox in Halo Wars 2, but he ends up being killed by Atriox (shown when Isabel tells Cap Cutter about the story of Atriox in the Halo Wars 2 cutscenes). I also made in addition his Blood blade (or red energy sword). I hope you guys like him.
