Help!!!!!!! Does anybody know how this should work

Hi. So this is not my first time using the request center for parts, but I cant seem to put in for figure replacements using the system as it says to do. I got the model number and date code put in correctly for the set, but the part number for the figs is invalid. But I have correctly put in the correct information based on what the parts list in the instructions says the figs are. If this is wrong some how does anybody know how to correctly type in the parts number or do I have to go through other hoops to request these figs. If any one can provide help much appreciated
