Making exotics no. 6: Riskrunner

On today's issue of enchantment table crafts, we have the The electrifying SMG,the mighty fallen slayer, RISKRUNNER (If you hate the gun FITE ME)

Ths first exotic weapon I had ever gotten in D2 and is one of my all time favorite guns for most activities,

Fighting fallen? *stray arc bullet hits* BZZZZZZ, Fighting hive? *normal thrall touches you* BZZZZZ
Fighting cabal? *waits for the shotgun idiot to hit me* BZZZZZZ

and it's still one of the few exotics that actually FEEL exotic
