My dream set would be a large UNSC base set, with main walls, rooms, terrain, several floors, and at least eight Marines, plus some ODSTs and officers, and of course vehicles.
I would want a main wall built into a mountain-style terrain wall, with two turrets, one on either end of the top of the wall. Behind the wall would be a radar room, right below a radar dish atop the wall. The room would have several terminals. Next to it would be an armory with about ten weapons and several armor stands with Marine armor. There would be another mountain behind that main wall, with rooms inside, and open on one side. The rooms would be a large barracks on the top floor inside, a cryopod room next to it, and below it, a garage with any of the following vehicles: Warthog, Mongoose, or maybe a chassis for a Warthog that you could customize using pieces.
There would be a missile turret atop that barracks and garage mountain. A helipad would be next to it with a Pelican.
