Hey guys! Here's a contest i wanted to start. So this is a Scout and Recon spartan custom contest and it is going to be were you can make a custom Scout or Recon. There will be 2 winners,1 for the Scout and 1 for the Recon. The contest ends on march the 1st. And here are the rules: First of all yes it does have to be either the Scout or Recon spartan. And it has to customized,so it can't be just a fig from a set. Lastly, in the title it has to have, R&S in it. The fig can have COD, Destiny or any other pieces if you want.
