The first part of Phantom's story, right now it's not showing him but it's showing what led up to this story first so that it makes sense. Phantom will probably come out in the next part or part 3 of this story, after Phantom's story is done I'll put up a post asking which of the remaining Task force members you want me to make a story of. To anyone who already knows the characters wait until I post which characters are left. I hope you enjoy, and tell me what I can improve on.
