AKA a reap-x Banished shroud but its still a anti projectile system type vehicle.
Vulcan for shooting down ballistic types of projectiles
And plasma seekers (like plasma pistol tracking) for shooting down plasma mortars
Speeds up to 80mph
Light armor
can be deployed from the UNSC Hippo.
