Wasteland - USRC Hunter

Unconfirmed reports suggest that the USRC has begun fielding elite units. It is currently believed that they are strategically deployed for the purpose of targeted assassinations against high ranking members of opposing factions. Eyewitness accounts describe a heavily armored soldier capable of incredible strength, coordination, and with a proficiency in a wide range of weapons. It is recommended that you do not engage unless equipped with full power armor, armor piercing rounds, and explosives.

Personal Notes: I don't know what this means for the election, the timing can't be a coincidence. Anyone in the running would be an idiot not to invest in security now.
