Custom - Admiral Trench

It's been a very long time coming, but at last my Admiral Trench custom is complete. I originally started planning this guy before the final season of the Clone Wars began to air, with plans to have him complete in time for his on-screen death in episode four. Sadly, due to the coronavirus, there were some major delays with postage, and the figures and parts I ordered didn't finally arrive until just yesterday.

For those who aren't familiar with the character, Admiral Trench was a minor recurring antagonist in the Clone Wars. Chronologically, he's the first villain in the show, and was seemingly blown up in his first episode, only to show up again a few years later with some robotic upgrades. In his first episode, he wore a sort of navy uniform, and wore a sort of robe in his later stories. I couldn't perfectly replicate either outfit with the parts on-hand, so this custom is a bit of a mix of his two appearances. The head was the hardest for me to pull off, so it's not perfect, but overall I'm very happy with how he's turned out.

I lost count of just how many parts and figures went into finishing this guy off, but it was A LOT. He's definitely the most expensive custom I've ever made by a pretty extreme margin.
