Nearly 5 years after the unleashing of the mutagen, civilization is on the way to rebuild itself.
In the growing village of New Vitam, an Intelligent Life Coalition establishment, Governor H. Green (hehe still can’t settle on a title) had secured a deal with the local scrappers guild to provide holiday festivities, such as light, trees, and presents, in exchange for a large amount of Maize Credits. The purpose of the venture was to generally raise moral and, more importantly, as a propaganda tool to recruit new humans and mutants to the coalition.
Officially titled Operation Christmas Gambit, the operation was deemed a success and contracts were signed to execute a similar action next year.
