can i run a halo contest?

Yes, you can run a Halo contest, pick a theme, and then pick a run time, a start and end date. Make a reminder every two weeks, to remind others of your theme. No one really answered your questions, I don't see what your doing as spamming because you have different topics and questions, per project. The community likes to see new pictures with a new question, in a new project. Take your pictures, at a few different angles, that way it will look like animation a bit. The forums tried to control the gallery with made up rules for everything. If you want more likes on your content, try to use a different pictures, you will get a better response from the community. The most exciting content is new content, so keeping it fresh and new, keeps the engine running tip top. Hope it helps, cool custom!

This seems unnecessary. I know you're trying to make a point, but people have always used the gallery to ask random questions and given that only a handful of users are still using the forum, I doubt it's going to have as big an impact on gallery spamming as you think.

Please don't spam the gallery, it would be nice if you deleted two post, people do custom work and want feedback
