Name: Cassandra "Cassie" Decker
DoB: April 16, 1987
Country of Origin: United States
Bio: Cassandra Decker joined the Marine Corps to win a bet with her cousin. During her first year of service, she saw numerous combat zones and showed enough skill to be selected for marksman's training. She then served 6 more years as one of the military's deadliest sharpshooters. By the time of the Initial Invasion in 2015, Cassie had left the Marines and was living comfortably for years. She was selected for the XCOM Project the day after the invasion, where she served as a marksmanship instructor. After surviving the Fall of XCOM and the Capitulation, Cassie was arrested by the newly formed ADVENT Coalition for "dissident activity." After 5 years in a remote ADVENT prison, she was sentenced to be publicly executed along with a number of other former XCOM agents. However, the event was interrupted when a local resistance cell attacked and freed her and the other prisoners. As of 2028, Cassie Decker is active in resistance activities along the Eastern Seaboard of the United States, and her cousin still owes her that money.
